According to TMZ, the 34-year-old wide receiver expects Evelyn to pay her own legal fees, citing a provision in the prenup where both sides agreed to pay their own way if they were to split up.

Chad plead not guilty today in Florida's Broward County Court and according to ABC News, he could face up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted on October 31 - a scary Halloween indeed.
Despite the innocent plea, the avid Twitter enthusiast posted a number of responses to fans today seemingly taking responsibility for his recent troubles.

According to TMZ, sources close to Evelyn said she was 'ecstatic' and ready to move on and it's only a matter of time before the divorce is finalized.
The six-time Pro Bowl receiver formerly known as Ochocinco originally proposed to Lozada while playing Call of Duty in 2010 and they wed on July 4.
